A valid credit card is required to book all appointments.

Cancellations
Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We require 24-hour advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge.
No shows are charged 100% of the missed appointment Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are charged 100% of the service price.
If you are ill, we respectfully request you re-schedule your service for when you are feeling better.
Late Arrivals
Services begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next client. Arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other clients.

Please advise us of any health condition, allergies, or injury that could affect your service.
